Angels are real. Don't doubt it. They are ministering spirits and minister to us. They are described as sons of God in Job 1:6. God created angels (Colossians 1:16) to minister to believers (Hebrews 1:14), to do His word (Psalm 103:20), praise God (Psalm 148:2-5). 

An angel intervened and set Peter free from prison (Acts 12:1-9). Jesus aids us, not angels (Hebrews 2:14-18). According to Daniel chapter 10, Micheal is a chief prince. The angel Gabriel announced the births of John and Jesus (Luke chapter 1). And if we are faithful believers we'll spend eternity in heaven with the holy angels of God.
