In 1 Corinthians chapter 12, Paul discussed spiritual gifts and unity of believers, that they are all one.  In Chapter 14, he discusses spiritual gifts again. The Corinthian church was prideful about their spiritual gifts and did not use them for edification of the church.  This brings a point home: we should use our talents for the church, for God's kingdom.  That's why Chapter 13 is sandwiched between chapters 12 and 14. We are to love others. Not be prideful about our talents thinking we are better than others. In Acts 18, the Corinthian converts are Aquila, Priscilla, Justus, Crispus and his household, Apollos.
