Sacred Truth Friday: Be Strong; Of Good Courage

Joshua 1:6,7,9
Be strong and of good courage. 

Only be strong and very courageous. 

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Three times, before entering Jericho to conquer it, God tells Joshua to be strong and of good courage. We could all learn a lesson from this passage of Scripture. When going through hard times, God wants us to lean on Him. He'll comfort us, encouraging us to be strong and of good courage, for He is with us wherever we go. 

Reflect on this passage when going through a hard time.
