Sacred Truth Friday: The Lord be Gracious to You

Read this passage earlier in the week. Want to use it to encourage you dear readers. 

“The LORD bless you, and keep you; The LORD make His face shine on you, And be gracious to you; The LORD lift up His countenance on you, And give you peace.'”

God is indeed gracious to us. After all, He gave us His only Son as an atoning sacrifice. That is the highest form of love and grace.  He blesses us and He keeps us. He gives us every spiritual blessing (Ephesians 1:3) and will never leave us or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6 and Hebrews 13:5).  His face shines upon us. And through Jesus, He gives us peace. 

Oh dear readers, if you haven't discovered this joy, this peace, this deep relationship with God through obedience to the Gospel, then obey today. Don't miss out on the most important relationship you'll ever have: a relationship with God Almighty, our maker, redeemer, and friend.
