Poet's Corner Thursday: When


When



When in doubt,

Seek Him out.


When in fear,

To Him draw near.


When in sorrow,

Trust Him who holds tomorrow.


When in anguish,


Listen for His love language.


When inside you feel weak and sore

Your cries He will not ignore.


When you feel fatigued all over,

Lean on His strength forevermore.


When you feel a sense of doom,

Trust Him who makes new things bloom.


When you're close to despair,

Cast your cares on Him who heals, repairs.


When in distress,

Find His perfect rest.


When you're plagued by guilt and shame,

Surrender to Him who erases all your sins and stains.


Got to give it all to Him

Only way peace can come in


Weep upon Him your blinding tears

Unleash all your fears.


He comforts the aching heart

Promising a morning with a fresh, new start.
