The Lord is not only our helper but we also are invited to worship Him. This especially helps during hard times. When we're going through trials, God is still worthy of praise. We can worship Him which will get our mind off our troubles, onto Him, and lift our spirits. So let's worship with our whole hearts through the good times and the bad.
