Sacred Truth Friday: Not Rejected

These verses stood out to me today

“I ask, then, has God rejected his people? By no means! For I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, a member of the tribe of Benjamin. God has not rejected his people whom he foreknew. Do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he appeals to God against Israel?”
Romans 11:1-2 ESV

God does not reject us! God does not reject us! God does not reject us! As Christians, He is always with us. Will never leave us nor forsake us. 


“Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.””
Deuteronomy 31:6 ESV

God will not leave us nor forsake us, even as we go through trials and suffering. 

And He will not reject anyone who comes to Him in faith for the first time and obeys the Gospel. 

Rely on God and His Word, not our faulty feelings which can say "God has rejected or abandoned me" as we go through great suffering. 

God rejects no one!
