Sacred Truth Friday

My soul clings to the dust; give me life according to your word!

My soul melts away for sorrow; strengthen me according to your word!

Let your steadfast love come to me, O Lord, your salvation according to your promise; (Psalm 119:25, 28, 41 ESV)

Read this during my morning Bible study. Psalm 119:25-48. These verses really stood out to me. God sustains me. Gives me life according to His Word. When I'm in sorrow or worry His Word strengthens me and comforts me. His steadfast love and salvation continually flows to my heart. 

I can't live without my beloved God. He died for me and I'll cling to Him until my last breath. Can't imagine my life without Him. Love this song by Jaci Velasquez Imagine Me Without You. Expresses how I feel about God perfectly, the One who died for me.

He is my all and all. And I go to His Word daily for sustenance and guidance. For man shall not live on bread alone but every Word that comes from the mouth of God.  Matthew 4:4
