The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.  And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, Lord , hast not forsaken them that seek thee.

God is a refuge. He will not forsake those that truly seek Him. Put my trust in Him. Depend on Him for refuge. He has been my refuge in the past, after all. In times of sorrow and fear, He has been my refuge and strength.
