Jehovah's Witnesses was started by false prophets.
Charles Taze Russell who started the Jehovah's Witnesses said Christ would return invisibly in 1874. Never happened. He said all governments would shut down in 1889. Once again never happened. In 1914 he said Armageddon would happen next spring. This never came to pass.
when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord , if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.

You can be sure according to God's Word Charles was a false prophet.
J.T. Rutherford was another false prophet of the Jehovah's Witnesses. He said that in 1925 there would be a resurrection of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and other worthies of old. This never happened.
He predicted that Armageddon would come in 1940. Never happened.
Why would we entrust our eternal souls upon a religion that was started by false prophets?
Now let's examine the doctrines of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
They have a faulty view of Scripture. Charles Russell basically said you need his book Scripture Studies to get to heaven. Not the Bible alone. That if you leave his book within two years you will go into darkness. Basically read his book and you will do all right. Don't even have to read your Bible. This is a false doctrine.
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

There is complete consciousness after death. Our souls are eternal. We will be in one of two places: fiery torment or Abraham's bosom.
Jehovah's Witnesses also have a false doctrine on the saved. Only 144,000 saved. Only Jews, men, virgins.
That eliminates a majority of the human race.
