Sacred Truth Friday: Walk by faith not by sight

“for we walk by faith, not by sight.”
2 Corinthians 5:7 ESV

Read this today as part of the Galatians plan from She Reads Truth (http://shereadstruth.com/2015/09/11/only-by-faith/)

This verse tells me to walk by faith, not by sight. 


I must walk by faith. Faith in God, His promises to me, faith in His Son and His salvation to me, faith that God is in control no matter what my circumstances are or what is going on in this world. 

May my faith increase and yours as well as we walk by faith not by sight.

Chocolate Thunder from Down Under CHOCOLATE THUNDER from DOWN UNDER Outback Steakhouse Copycat Recipe Makes 16 Pecan Brownies: 1/2 cup butter, cubed 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Stir in sugar; cool slightly. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour and pecans. Spread into a greased 8-in. square baking pan.
